W.D.A.A / Winsford anglers’ website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our Permits, products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Winsford Anglers adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. WDAA Members,
Winsford & district Angling association takes your privacy seriously, when you buy a permit be it on-online or at one of our retail partners, we collect from you certain details, this information is held by the club treasurer, either in paper format or on the Website database hosted by wix.com. this information will not be shared outside the club, unless there is an official request from an official body like the Police. Internally it will only be shared with club officials and bailiffs on a case by case basis.
The paper information shall be destroyed in a timely manner after the the end of each fishing season / Financial year.
WDAA Officials & Bailiffs.
Officials details will be held by the associations Officers, on a password locked computer database, Officials and Bailiffs will allow their Name, Phone number and email address to be published in the Associations permits and web based platforms. unless otherwise requested, any other details will only be shared by WDAA officials as and when required.
Honorary members.
Honorary Members will allow only their names only to be published in the associations permits and online platforms, unless otherwise requested by the member, any other details will not be shared with club members or the public. the details will be held by the treasurer, and only shared with club officials or Trustees as required.
Club officials and bailiffs will not share any individuals private information with any other club members, or members of the public.
