Officials & Bailiffs: You permit your name, phone number, and email address to be published in the association’s permits and on web-based platforms, unless you request otherwise. Other personal details are held by the association's officers on a password-locked computer database and will only be shared with W.D.A.A. officials as required.

Honorary Members: You permit your name to be published in the association's on online platforms, unless you request otherwise. All other personal details are held by the treasurer and will not be shared with club members or the public, but may be shared with club officials or Trustees as required.
